Does anyone know of a fluorescent dye other than Lucifer Yellow which can
be used for intracellular recording and is fixable?
 
Anne Ashford and colleagues [[log in to unmask]] have a lot of
experience tracking vacuoles in fungal cells, both in vivo and after
fixation. Relevant papers include Orlovic et al 1993-4 in J Cell Sci.
