Dear all,
would anyone any experience in imaging bacterial biofilms on root cells
using fluorecence 'in situ'?
hybridisation (FISH). I seem to get alot of autofluorecence from the root
itself.
Am investigating if theres any interference from the reagents or
methodology.Is there anything i need to be aware of? I would eventually
like to look at the z stack layers of the biofilm layer on the root.
With regards,
Desmond
