Hi Christophe

I think that's no problem. You need to seed them in a flask with air tight
lid (not with filter) and fill the flask with fresh and pre-warmed/pre-CO2
balanced medium. Keep it in the incubator until you leave then use anything
to prevent the temperature from falling too fast (eg a good outdoor jacket).
