Hi,

I strongly suggest that you contact Prof. Roysam from RPI. (Roysam
[log in to unmask]), his group developed and implanted a variety of
automated tracing algorithms. In fact, they also did some automated change
detection for in-vivo angiogenis blood vessels.

Subject: Tracking software

Search the CONFOCAL archive at
http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal

Looking for tracking software to measure rates and variations of
rates of movement of particles and organelles and leading edges from time
sequence confocal images of live cells. Any other software other than
Metamorph that will do this? Would like feed back from Metamorph users as
to ease of use, problems, limitations etc.
