     Confocalists

Bio-Rad will be showing two new confocal systems at the Cell Biology
     meeting in Washington DC.

The MicroRadiance is a compact entry-level system with adaptability to
a wide range of 'scopes. Ease of use, broad applications
compatibility and reduced cost are the key features.

A second model is now added to our MRC-1024MP Multi-Photon range; A
     compact Multi-Photon system configured with a fibre-coupled,
solid-state NdYLF laser delivering femto-second pulses at 1047nm. The
long infra-red wavelength makes this system particularly suitable for
deep, non-invasive imaging of living organisms and tissues.

     Best regards
