Hi Ali

I’m not sure this is the same issue but we found that many functions in imaris move things to the nearest pixel so basically don’t work at sub pixel resolution. Totally invalidates any particle tracking in imaris!

Ideally she would like to use the slice section but cannot see how to do this in the software - maybe it is an upgrade we don’t have? Is there a way to do it in 3D consistently? When you move the navigator tool the line is not where you attempted to put it! Is there another software that is better to use?
