The first step is not to include the entire message in your response.
 
The second is to monitor news.admin.net-abuse.*.  These groups
provide discussions and pointers to FAQs on what folk can do.
 
Finally, are you sure you don't mean "drivel" instead of "dribble?"
That's an interesting switch since the archaic meaning of drivel
is, well, to dribble saliva.  The later usage is that of stupid,
careless speech.
