List,
Our 8k+ hour Argon laser gave up last week and we need to replace it with a diode unit and need pointers.  We're not going to miss the extra laser lines, but need the 488nm.  Furthermore, what suggestions are there for the old laser head?  We really do not need it cluttering up the lab.  Simplistic I know, but we need to keep that FluoView 500 ticking along and this is beyond me.
