At BUSM our fee structure is based on use. On a one shot deal I charge 
$40/hr but if I do the work it is $50/hr. For $1200 it is 40 hrs, for 
2400 it is 88 hrs and so on and I have also started giving a one year 
cost for large users. This allows me to pay for the service contract and 
supplies.
