Hi to all list users.  Just when I thought I knew everything
about the net and its use, I subscribe to this list and take a little
time to read before I jump in with my questions.
        BUT, I got this message:

        1)I get regularf messages (I am not on digest ON), is this a
digest file (big) or just a big file ?
        2)I have minimum internet access. I am almost sure that my
reader/account will not translate this file.  But what is the translation
program needed ?
