Dear all:
We're likely to have to use red-excited GFP's either with confocal or preferably with two-photon. I was wondering if anyone having experience with these (I'm assuming there's more than one) could share her/his experience namely in terms of staibility correct imaging wavelengths, maturation times, etc.
Many thanks in advance
Jose
