We have developed a real-time, white light confocal microscope that we have
been using to study the reaction of the cornea and retina to damage. It is
feasbile for us to observe blood-flow in neovascularized corneas and to
observe cells of immune origin as they marginate on the vessel wall and
migrate into the cornea stroma. We can also observe subsurface vessels and
rbc flow of the sclera. If you are interested we have anumber a papers on
these subjects.
Best wishes,
Roger Beuerman [log in to unmask]
