Hi,
We are currently using a Zeiss LSM 310 Confocal Microscope for our digital
microscopy. We recently added to the microscope a MC100 camera for making non-
digital images. Now I would like to use the camera for making slides of non-
fluorescent specimens. Since the illumination is delivered to the substage
condenser by a fiber from the KL 1500 light source, I cannot get Kohler
illumination without a pattern over the field, nor can I change the color
temperature of the illumination. Does anyone out there have any suggestions
for making good photomicrographs with this system. Will a scrambler help?
