Hi Sarah, I have tried to do something similar and tried the tile scan,
and tried the multi-time macros. It was my opinion that it could not be
easily done because the tile/scan/rotation was not aware of the crop
function (zoom factor). However, there is a chance I could be wrong, and
you can verify this by talking with software support at Zeiss New York
(especially if you can talk with Zbie).
Best wishes,

Hello All,

My name is Sarah Rolling from the Image Center at the University of
North
Dakota. I'm new to the Zeiss LSM 510 Meta and I have someone who would
like to
do a tile scan at 2x zoom. The only thing I found in the manual was to
change
the resolution of pixels, but as far as I know this will only increase
clarity
and not the actual zoom size. So I guess what I'm asking is, how do I
do a 2x
zoom on a tile scan?

Thank you
Sarah Rolling
