Greetings.

    I would  add my voice to Kathy  Spencer's and Deborah Alfarez's
regarding inquiries about ways of tracing, counting and measuring
dendrites using Image J or NIH macros. We have done  a number of studies
on dendritic development but have laboriously used simple measurement
tools that came with the confocal software to accomplish this. I would
be interested in trying another way.....
