At the moment I'm designing a variant on a two-photon fluorescence
microscope and as an optical engineer, have a question on a practical
aspect of the operation.

I'll be using QDots605 ( excitation peak 605nm) as my fluorophore ,I want
to konw which excitation wavelength would be good for a two-photon
excitation . I konw someone have used 900nm wavelength as two-photon
excitation, but is there any other wavelength <900nm suitable for two-photo
excitation?

Thanks in advance for your help,
