Dear Michael,

Did you get help for your stage/post problem?
We use Zaber or Physik Instrumente (PI) for all axes . We move the relatively heavy scan-head of our integrated MPX multiphoton microscope, so I think it should work also for your requirement. 
We are quite happy with the performance.
