Dear Mr.Holst,
It seems I was mistold on workshop. Could you please clear the point on
sensors?
1. for Andor Zyla 4.2 I didn't find the sensor name, just "Gen II Front illumitaed
sCMOS, 4T" in datasheet. Dimensions: 2048 x 2048 px, 13.3 x 13.3 mm 18.8
mm diagonal, 6.5*6.5 mkm pixel. The camera supports global shutter emulation.
2. Hamamatsu ORCA-Flash4.0 V2 C11440-22CU datasheet says: Imaging device
- sCMOS sensor FL-400 (Gen II sensor, 4T). 2048 x 2048 px, 13.312 x 13.312
mm, 6.5*6.5 mkm pixel. Seems to have no global shutter emulation. They spend
so many words saying that rolling shutter is OK that I can't fully trust them)
https://www.hamamatsu.com/resources/pdf/sys/SCAS0095E01_Global.pdf
3. pco.edge 4.2 - sensor CIS2020. Dimensions: 2048 x 2048 px, 13.3 x 13.3 mm
18.8 mm diagonal, 6.5*6.5 mkm pixel. Rolling shutter only.
CIS2020 chip itself has 4T, 6.5*6.5mkm pixel architcture, "Datasheets will be
available upon request"
Are they the same one? Their sensivity curves differ a bit. Is that marketing or
technology thing, or the curves are just obtained at different cooling?
Best,
Sergey
