greetings,

we are about to reactivate our confocal laser microscope (Noran odyssey XL)
for measarement of intracellular calcium and fractional shortening in
cardiomyocytes.
My problem is i´m not quite sure which calcium-indicator is the best for
that purpose. maybe someone can tell me who tried some of the different
indicators like fluo 3, calcium green 1/2, oregon green bapta etcetera in
that kind of experiment.
