We have a Zeiss LSM410, almost a year old. For software
queries & support, the response is almost instantaneous. I
had one hardware call (false alarm from an inexperienced
user) and service got back to us in less than 24 hr). Thus,
I can say we've had no breakdowns during the first year
(knock on wood).
