Folks I don't know if anyone out there is still using one of these beasts,
but we recently trashed our MD 2001 inverted confocal.  When MD stopped
servicing them I got my machine shop to build me a set of alignment tools
(the same as those used by the MD engineers).  I was about to pitch them
when I realized someone may have a real need for them.  If you would like
them I am happy to pop them in a box and send them on.
First come first served, but please only ask for them if you can really use
them, as they are very very specific to this instrument they are of no use
to anyone else (I wouldn't be getting rid of them if they were)
