M,

I am packing up the closets and am not finding the large binoculars or the
digital camera
(although I do have the camera transformer and other associated parts). Did
you see these items
before you left or take them with you?

Subject: Ca sparks and pig ovary

Hello to all

I need advice as to how best to prepare live pig ovary for Calcium
spark imaging. I particularly need recommendations for tissue
preparation or embedding for vibratome sectioning and what thickness is
optimal. I am using the Zeiss 510 Meta.
Many thanks,

Miriam
