Hello All,
We still have spots available for our OMERO Workshop.
You can find more information about the course and register here.
https://www.canadabioimaging.org/omero2023
The workshop will provide an introduction to image research data management, introduce OMERO - a tool for image data management, analysis and sharing and introduce the national Canada BioImaging Image Data Resource and the tools and support we are building for the Canadian research community.
We will cover OMERO figure - a great tool for interactive figure creation and sharing and linking it to raw experimental data.
Integration of Fiji/ImageJ image analysis and Python scripts in OMERO. Also OMERO parade - a tool for exploring quantitative image data and data analytics.
We are excited that the expert OMERO team will be on sight in Montreal for the training.
Jean-Marie Burel - University of Dundee, Scotland

We look forward to welcoming many of you to this workshop!
Thanks to support for the workshop from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative,

All the best,
