Hi
My wife is in the process of setting up live imaging using multiphoton
microscopy and would like to follow how GFP-producing bacteria are
colonizing the mouse intestine. She also would like to capture the resulting
inflammatory host response. When she did this earlier in the kidney she used
labeled dextran-molecules of different sizes and also hoechst staining to
differentiate different cell types, but she would like to know if there are
others/more specific probes.

If you have any suggestions of how to label for example gut epithelium,
neutrophils, macrophages and dendritic cells during multiphoton in vivo imaging
of live mice she would be very grateful.

Thanks for your assistance
Goran
