As someone who has just bought a Zeiss LSM and is therefore a new confocal
user I am anxious for as much information about the instrument and its use as I
can receive. Answers to most questions are of great interest and use to many
of us. Keep the answers on the list unless someone is collecting, collating
and reposting a set of answers to a particular issue as was recently done with
the HBO life question. Those compilations are even more useful . . . I keef a
file of printouts of them for students to read.
