Hi all, 

We have Leica SP5/MP system, ~3 years old. Although the system is not
heavily used we have encountered multiple repairs in the past. 

My question today is on the spectral sliders. Spectral slider pos.1 has been
changed 2 years ago with the same problem and now it is jammed and not
functioning again ( the system is down due to this). I wonder whether Leica
SP5 users had any similar issues with moving parts in the system. It costs a
lot to have these changed, i.e. labor + parts. 

Do you have any suggestions and hints why these parts might go bad
frequently and how to prevent it ?
