I am struggling with the Leica TCS multicolor analysis software. I have
acquired dual label images and gone through the combine and cytofluorogram
steps. I have also marked the areas that appear co-localized with the
mouse. When I click the "show" command, I get an error message that says
the image must be within the IPP range. I have tried everything that I know
to correct the problem. Can anyone suggest what I might be doing (or not
doing) that causes the error.
