Hello everyone,
I have recently had to restart a stage of my research due to an
accident in the lab and I was considering a change in Fluorochrome
for this new set of experiments.
I am studying the pathways between thalamus and cortex and hoping,
using the confocal microscope, to trace the pathways all the way
through a whole rat brain.
Previously I was using DiI as a fluorochrome - has anyone got any
suggestions for a better tracer.
Additionally, I would be interested in reading any papers concerning
pathway tracing using the confocal microscope, or confocal use in
general I would be most grateful if they could mail me a reprint.
Thanks
