Dear Confocal users
My work so far has dealt mostly with live cells attached to the underside of a
coverslip with no mounting medium. I now have a requirement to perform UV
imaging of cryo-sectioned tissue samples stuck to slides.
What mounting medium would you advise me to use? Could I just use glycerol, or
must I add something to this? (I have Zeiss Ultrafluar x40 and x100 inf.
corrected objectives)
Any help most welcome
Mark Tobin
