Dear all,

Does someone have experience regarding excitation of mRFP and mCherry in early (8-10 h) drosophila embryos with a multiphoton excitation?
What wavelength work best for you? We would like to get optimal excitation of mRFP or mCherry, but reduce excitation of viteline membrane and of gut autofluorescence.

Would be grateful for any tips!

Best regards,
Ekaterina
