Image Analysis Trainer

Summary: 

Media Cybernetics in Bethesda, MD has an exciting opportunity for someone 
interested in joining our organization as an Imaging Analysis Trainer.  This 
position will develop and deliver image analysis training programs that will raise 
the level of dealer and user competency to increase sales.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be 
assigned as required.

•	Develop and deliver dealer and user training of Media Cybernetics 
Software products
•	Deliver training via on site or in house live presentations Webex
•	Demonstrate Media Cybernetics software with proficiency, 
•	Follow –up with E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. 
•	Represent the company at industry workshops and trade events.
•	Organize agenda and logistics for annual reseller meetings.

Requirements:

This position requires a B.S. in one of the Sciences or Engineering and two 
years experience using image analysis systems. 

The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
•	Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. 
•	Able to promptly answer email, phone calls and other electronic 
communications. 
•	Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized. 
•	Working knowledge of and experience with light microscopy hardware.
•	Working knowledge of image analysis applications
•	Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP 
clients and Web Browsers. 
•	Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, 
organizational, and presentation skills.
•	Ability to listen to users/dealers and quickly discern the knowledge 
level of individuals. Then tailor image analysis training segments to meet their 
needs. Spanish language competency may be helpful.
•	Ability to employ concepts of basic algebra and geometry as it 
applies to feature measurement in images.

The candidate  should have general working experience with the following 
programs:
•	Windows XP, Vista and Win7 
•	Contact Management Systems
•	MS Excel and Powerpoint
•	Cantasia
•	Adobe Flash and Acrobat authoring

The candidate  should have detailed working experience with the following:

•	Media Cybernetics Image Pro Plus Packages
•	Autoquant Autodeblur
•	Other Image Analysis Software’s
•	WebEx
