An earlier email posting advertized our short course May 17-19, 1994 on
Computer Assisted Image Analysis and Measurement.
 
Since placing the original notice about our short course a few days ago,
I've gotten over a hundred responses, with about a dozen or so pointing out
an error in the notice. My apologies. For those of you trying to contact
the University directly by telephone, the number is 919-515-2261 and the
person to reach is Ms.Lorri Toole. The information in the notice was from
an old brochure, and since then the personnel and the telephone exchange
have both changed. Requests for information that contained a mailing
address that were sent to me via e-mail have been passed to the correct
people. Thanks.
 
Also, there have been quite a few responses from Europe, and while we are
delighted to have visitors come to the course from there, you should be
aware that the same course is taught in Denmark, June 20-22. Contact Dr.
Leif H jslet Christensen, at +45-43 99 66 11 (fax +45-43 99 34 14) at the
Dansk Teknologisk Institute, Gregersensvej, DK-2630 Taastrup, Denmark (near
Copenhagen). Dr. Hans Gunderson, from Aarhus, will be teaching the course
with me. The course contents, and the laboratory hands-on experience, are
essentially the same as what we do here.
