Is anyone willing to share reviews (off-list is ok!) of objective lens heaters (especially the one through Bioptechs)?

Context: We do high-resolution live-cell spinning disk confocal microscopy. The lens heater that came with the stage-top incubator was replaced about 1.5 years ago, and the replacement metal foil blanket is no longer working.

The stage-top incubator is working ok-all I'm looking for is a replacement for the lens heater (and its thermocontroller). No cooling capability is needed-the goal is to heat the objective such that the sample on the inverted scope is at 37C.
