Dear Susan,
Vector has a new Vectashield Hard Set plain or with DAPI - merely
Vectashield that hardens, ready to use. Recommended 25 ul drop offsets
pricey-ness. Vector indicates it inhibits photobleaching with fluorescein,
Texas Red, rhodamine, AMCA and others (unspecified).
It worked with FITC/Alexa 546 double stain, but not sure about
compatibility with cyanine dyes - Jackson ImmunoResearch technical services
should know. It may not work with all enzymatic substrates or fluorescent
proteins (GFP's?)
Check out specifications at www.vectorlabs.com
