I recently improved section adhesion by using gelatin. These were 
paraffin sections but a similar technique may work for cryosections. Try 
coating your slides with a very dilute solution of plain gelatin 
although I do not know how that would affect an in-situ hybridization. 
For the paraffin sections I just sprinkled a little--0.5--1.0 cc of 
gelatin on the surface of the warm water bath I use for stretching the 
paraffin sections and picking them up on slides.

If you are well funded you may want to investigate a sophisticated 
system offered by Instrumedics.
