Dear Subscribers,

I am starting a project with a wood product researcher who wishes to
fluorescently label fungal hyphae in decayed wood to determine location,
number etc. with CLSM.

What is a good, common stain for Fungi?

I might add that the sample has shown enormous auto flurescence in both
Fitc/Tritc applications.
