Commercial Response:

Hi Vitaly,

Item 7 in the TIRF product overview at http://tirf-labs.com/_2018_TIRF_products_no_prices.pdf, and at http://tirf-labs.com/tf1005.html is our Digital Fluidics SmartFlow, which appears to fit well to your intended applications. It can be expanded to 8 pumps and multiple distribution valves. However, just single pump and two valves of the SmartFlow are capable of providing sophisticated flow rates of up to 5 fluids with oscillations, swaying, mixing, and, for example, "... profiled flow rates for TIRF sensogram experiments to minimize the effect of slow mass transfer to facilitate the measurement of true kinetics of association and dissociation and determination of rate constants k-on and k-off with minimum amount of bioanalyte solution".

 Dear All,
We are looking for an advanced perfusion system with up to 8 pumps that can be programmed to monitor input and output media volume, flow rate, and more, and compatible with the Nikon NES software.Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
VitalyMSKCC/MCCF
