We are developing an optical nanoscope based on quantum imaging with undetected photons integrated in the current MOMIX® architecture that contains super resolved fluorescence and polarized light label-free modules. The system will operate under beam and point/image scanning using high single photon detectors, polarization elements and modulated laser sources.
The case study will be focused on molecular organization  of  chromatin-DNA under different organizational motifs and by combining fluorescence parameters, phase information and polarization based information with quantum imaging of undetected photons through the use of image processing and artificial intelligence approach MOMIX® driven.
