AutoQuant is also an option, with measured and/or theoretic PSFs.

Hello all:

I am collecting in situ psfs from Arabdiopsis leaves. For me it is
impossible to collect PSF's in z direction as I will also capture the
leaf structure too and I only collect data in XY plane.
I am wondering if it is possible to do 2D deconvolution by these
collected PSF s with Huygens software(we haven't get the soft ware yet
we would like to try this with the test licence of the software).

I really appreciate any information and any idea.

Sarah
