Hi Alexander.
I believe the LabTek II cover-glass has a proprietary coating to promote cell adhesion, and is not just clean glass. Alas, I cannot advise on the polylysine coating; more of an FYI in case you decide to work from the LabTek II's.

     Hello,

I wonder if anybody knows a commercial source of polylysine-coated chambered COVERGLASS. It appears that Lab-Tec II chambered coverglass systems come only in a non-coated format.

Thank you.
