great paper, I really like the extensive list of bias types, potentially leading to wrong results, intentionally or not. It confirms my point of view that deliberate (criminal) "photoshopping" is the least of our problems when it comes to reproducibility. As bad as it is and should be prosecuted, such dishonesty is luckily quite rare, but all those other biases on your list are much more dangerous for honest scientists, because they are far less obvious and hence more tempting under publication pressure.
