Hi Adam. You'll need a taskbar open.

Ctrl+Shift+Click on any button in the taskbar to open the taskbar
editor.
In the editor, click on 'Functions'.
Scroll down to "Start Stopwatches" and add it to your taskbar. (Save &
exit editor)
Click the new button - Now you can start and stop the stopwatch and add
the stamp frame by frame in your stack.

I recorded a quick journal that you can 'loop for all planes' to
automatically stamp any interval. Email me offline and I'll send it to
you.

Cheers!
Mike

Subject: setting time interval in Metamorph

Search the CONFOCAL archive at
http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal

Metamorph users,
I am trying to do something basic. I have imported tif images and built
a
stack in Metamorph. How do I set the time interval between images (e.g.
3
sec between each image)? I have played around with the timestamp feature
and
I cannot seem to change the default, which seems to be 0.3 sec.
Thanks for your help. -Adam
