Hello,

I'm trying to figure out which dyes I could use for two photon
imaging of mouse brain sections (immunostainings).

Does anyone have experience with 2P excitation of Alexa dyes? What
wavelength are best for Alexa 488 and Alexa 546? Are the full
excitation spectra known for these dyes? Molecular Probes Tech
Support could only guess...
