R.E the aspect ratio on the LSM 410:  Using the zoom function in the Display
Control in the Zeiss LSM 310/410 software, I took one of my images and took
it to zoom 16 (16X magnified).  The pixels are quite visible and they look
square; I have not noticed the aspect ratio on the LSM 310 or 410 to be
anything but 1:1.
