Hi,
I would like to know what are the best nucleic acid stain for live cells
in the visible range (458-647nm). We want to make long term experiments,
more than 6 hours, and we are looking for a bright (not bleaching) and
not toxic DNA stain. I have read SYTO dyes can be toxic for cells. What'
your experience on DRAQ5 or ethidium bromide (dihydroethidium)?
Thanks all for your help,
Maria Calvo
