Dear Mark,

I am likely interested, as I have both solid technical and extensive cell
biology background, since 1997. I have customized the Nikon Total Reflection
Microscopy system (TIRFM) to make it unique on the market - I can assure you
that there is no such a system anywhere on this planet. It allows three
channel, zero cross-talk multichannel imaging with 436.7nm diode, 514.5nm Argon
and 585.4nm DPSS lines (the 585nm DPSS is a custom built laser). Clearly, there
is a room for improvement, by replacing the 514.5nm Argon line with the 505nm
diode (it should be available from Coherent). And I can explain to the Company
Chief Manager why the system is unique and optimal for advanced scientific
applications.

What company is the position for?

Kind regards,

Vitaly
