I have a customer who is planning to image by immunofluorescence a
tegumental antigen on relatively big (2-3mm long, 0.1 mm thick)worms. Any
ideas as to how to immobilize the isolated worms on microscope glass slides
are most welcome.

Many thanks

Renato
