Could I get any info./Published papers on Confocal imaging of [Ca2+]i
 using either vascular smooth muscle cells or cardiomyocytes ?
Has anyone obtained absolute quantification [Ca2+]i say by either ext/int.
calibration. What kind of instrument have they used ?  Your help in
locating such information or your experience and expertise if you could
share with us, we would be much obliged and grateful.
