Tarik,
I have custom made "flow cells" which I guess are akin to "incubation
chambers." The flow cell creates a water tight chamber approx 300 microns
deep by 24mm x 60mm area or 41mm x 61mm. It uses a #1 glass coverslip. It
could be used for your application, but I use it for creating biofilms on
either the glass coverslip or a material insert.
