        Hello.

        I work with embryos of the mollusc Biomphalaria and I would like
to ask the confocalists for help. I need to obtain a protocol for
fixation and fluorescence labeling of plasmatic membrane of these
embryos, so I can observe them at the LSM 410 (Zeiss) confocal
microscope, without UV laser.
